I haven't tested Vortex lately, but I presume that Vortex is taking all out of Nexus API changes as well. Current Nexus API and at least MO2 file in IDs on fly. The only way for the speeds to return to normal is if I manually change ports within the program the speed shoots back up then drops again after about 30 seconds. It is easy to pick them from hard drive with either Vortex or Mod Organizer 2. As soon as I start the program the download speed goes up to 1.8MB/s then drops after 30 seconds to 200-300kb/s. Especially names for patch files are usually weird and out of context.Äownloading files manually allows user to sort them by version, patch version (etc.), so I can actually find what proper files, when sorting out mods for a new profile. Mod archive names do not always make sense. Uncheck Reduce memory usage, turn off read cache if upload speed is slow, and remove old blocks from cache. Not because of speed, but because I do not like how mod managers create messy download folders, where nothing is in order, or properly archived. Re-enable both read and write caching of torrents by uTorrent, but disallow windows caching of disk reads and writes. hi alli tryed to download a file with size 7.40GB, the speed is very good for my connection(85kps) but when its complete 1.2Gb the speed drops to 1kps-5kps.i try different torrent files/trackers and its always heppend. I have life time Premium, but I am still downloading files manually. Manager downloads have always felt slow to me. Originally posted by LArc7thHeaven:use manual download, dont use vortex download
